「The hotel has that early 1900's omnionce to it. Very unique and lovely.」

「Place is new, modern and clean. Staff needs better management. I called to request a steamer and was told I had to get it from the front desk. Once I get there they couldn’t find the steamers and said they would arrange for someone to bring one to our room. We requested extra towels and that also took at least half an hour to arrive. Staff were on their personal phones, some had a very unprofessional, unkept appearance. The cafe was okay. One barista was great but the next night a different...

「Update from prior post: After having spoke to the Assistant Manager regarding the issue with our reservations via a third party(booked double studio; but placed in a single bed studio), she listened to my concerns and was very accommodating. Overall, staff was nice, facility was clean, breakfast was good.」

「Elevator didn’t work well. Property cleanliness in question. Sketchy clientele. Very old, uncomfortable beds. We tried to go cheap and it backfired. You do get what you pay for so I guess as a silver lining the room was at the correct price point. 」

「When we walked into our hotel room it smelled clean and fresh which was very welcoming. The room was clean as was the hotel overall. There were a good selection of breakfast items. My only complaint would be that certain breakfast items were out, such as syrup for the waffles and toppings for the oatmeal.」

「D is for depressing, below average “DUBQUE” (misspelled on the front entrance banner) Inn & Suites. WAY overpriced.」

「Room had damage to walls, loose floor tiles in the bathroom, water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the thermostat did not control the temperature. For 250 a night I would expect the rooms to be taken care of.」

「I had called the day before about needing one of my rooms to be a pet friendly room. They were not helpful so when we got to the hotel the next day they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms clean so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Also, I am a Comfort Choice hotel member and they wouldn’t help me get credit for the stay.」
