「I've stayed here a handful of times now when I come into town for business. It used to be really clean and very nice, but over the past few years its gone downhill a little bit. Its still pretty clean, but needs to be updated and is not as nice as it used to be overall.」

「We enjoy staying here while in Dubuque. Rooms are always clean, bed is comfortable, air conditioner and fridge work great. They did take out their laundry room on a recent remodel and the pool right outside the rooms make it very noisy in the rooms. We like the jacuzzi room, which has so much room and we love the jacuzzi.」

「I was placed in two different rooms. Both had broken lamps (3 total). One had a broken closet door, water pooling in the dishwasher, crumbs in the drawers and dog hair in the sofa bed. The other had a broken phone and filthy stovetop. The beds and bathrooms were clean, so that was good. The entire floor had a terrible smell that lingered for the 3 days I was there. The breakfast was basic - I didn’t eat there so I don’t know about the quality. The girl at the front desk was very nice and...
