「The room showed some wear and tear. Door screen was torn; one light next to the bed had no light switch as it was broken. The unit door would not shut unless I forced it. It is a property that I am sure experiences family use, so took that under consideration. 」

「This was a great hotel with a great indoor pool and pool area. Also had games in that area. Breakfast had eggs and sausages and potatos. Thats it. No bread, no bagels, no muffins, no waffles. This is one area the hotel can improve.」

「I never got to check in. There was zero staff present nor did they pick up the phone the numerous times I called and when I was standing in the Lobby. 」

「The pool was icy cold. The shower was a just little bit warm almost cold. Foam plates are not acceptable for hot breakfast food. The door key worked after 5-8 attempts. Breakfast didn’t have any meat. The room didn’t have closet or hangers for jackets.」

「The breakfast was awesome! The pool was freezing, and the hot tub was broken. The front desk staff were wonderful! They were experiencing technical difficulties because a storm took out the phone and internet, so they didn’t know if rooms were reserved, already rented, or available. They had to go back to pen and paper. 」

「Location was best part of this hotel. Pool was on the cool side. Pool room smelled heavily of chlorine. Breakfast left alot to desire. Room itself was ok althought toilet and sink did not work great, and shampoo and conditioner that was provided was empty. 」
