「Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did,however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again. 」

「This property is extremely well kept with great decor. The check in lady was super friendly and explained everything one could need to know. The room was very clean and decorated uniquely. 「Receptionist did not know basic questions and false about what was down/not working for example the pool area. Receptionist also was not very well versed when talking about the the facilities breakfast. Instead of just being positive she said, “ look it is not that all it is cracked up to be.” Was very concerned when our room we booked we couldn’t get into but it wasn’t even ready once they got in. 「I took shuttle to and from airport and had to leave for an early flight before breakfast The hotel showed signs of a bit or wear and tear. The room was, clean, and comfortable and the desk clerk was extremely helpful. She arranged 4 am shuttle pick up and I was, per my request given an accessible room 」

「There were prior guest clothes hung up in the bathroom. The chairs were heavily stained. There were stains of red liquid on the wallpaper. The shower only has cold water. There was no conditioner in the dispenser. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Would not stay again due to condition of the room. 」
