We had to ask to have the room sept, there was garbage in the stairwell, and we had a silverfish bug fall from the celling onto our open luggage. The people we courteous and was able to refund us for the remaining nights of stay.

The hotel seemed clean, but the room next-door had smokers in it and we were there for two hours before we chose to stay elsewhere and the hotel did not refund us.
