「My room was very dirty with gross stains and spills on the quilt. Bathtub/shower had 3 different types of hair- NONE were mine I had to clean the shower before I could take a shower. 「We had a great stay at Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Monticello, Iowa. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and had ample parking. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, and the beds and pillows made for a great night's sleep. 「I accidentally booked two different Wyndham hotels for the same night, Cedar Rapids IA and Quincy IL. The management at the Cedar Rapids hotel refused to give me a refund. So I needlessly spent twice as much for one of my nights on my trip. The stay in Quincy was pretty good, but the management in Cedar Rapids is abysmal. I will no longer stay at Wyndham Hotels if they are unwilling to remedy an acknowledged customer error.」
