"When we arrived there was a note beside a bell saying to ring it. So we rang the bell and waited about 5 min. Then rang it again and waited and again and waited. Then I called the hotel and the guy said he would be right there. We waited another 3-5 min. The room was clean but smelled like cigarettes. ..."
