「Everything worked in the room, the snack/ breakfast area was available all day and kept up, the shower had great pressure and volume, and all of the staff that I encountered were all polite and spoke English. We stayed in multiple hotels during this trip and this was the best, easily, without any hesitation or doubt.」

「Upon check in there was a sign at the front desk to let guests know that the pool and hot tub were not working. There was no indication when it would be reopening and it did not open during the two night weekend stay that I was there. The in room TV did not work, either. 「Are refrigerator didn't keep stuff cold」

「We were early arriving and checked to see about what time we could check in. It was 1030 AM and we fully understood that we would need to return at a later time for check in. There were two cars in the whole parking lot on a Friday. We were told to return after 200 PM and did. (minor annoyance) The desk operation was fine regretfully Room 122 smelled of cigarette smoke and was supposed to be non-smoking. The owners were really really nice very very helpful and the amenities were a 12 on a scale from one to 10 the only thing that we weren’t able to use was the pool however it did open on the last day that we were there, but we will definitely return to this property in the future. 「You might as well go somewhere cheaper where you can actually use some of the amenities. What’s the point of being the most expensive hotel if you get absolutely nothing for it? I knew there was no breakfast whatever but now they don’t include more than a couple water park passes per room and you have to pay EVERY day now instead of once for the whole stay.
