We enjoyed the cozy, quiet atmosphere, the indoor pool was inviting, ( no bathing suit 😏), breakfast area had plenty choices, room was clean. Just wished the sheets had stayed put, and the bed were a little softer. Overall, nice stay, we will be back.

My stay was good, bed comfortable, clean, nice staff. My only suggestion is to improve breakfast experience. The coffee was very bad. I love my coffee, but I couldn't even drink theirs. No juice available both days, it said it was out. The sausage is extremely salty. But there was awesome waffles, Danish, biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs. So no shortage of other options. I would definitely stay there again. I

As soon as we walked into the room there was an overwhelmingly smell of must and mold and the carpet felt damp and sticky and there was mold on the ceiling in the shower. Had we not gotten there late at night I would have switched hotels immediately but we were too tired I would not recommend this ever

Overall the first appearance was good - clean lobby, updated. The room itself was clean - however it’s clear they’re turning the AC units in the rooms down to 65 to cover up an extreme humidity issue. Then I noticed the mold in the bathroom - which has no exhaust fan. The indoor pool was so cold that even my kids didn’t want to play in it, rendering it useless.

It was incredibly musty, they did have a dehumidifier going. The bathrooms were a bit gross, rusty and super dirty in the corners. Paint blotches all over the walls throughout our room, where they attempted touch ups. I would have thought after the flood, they would have had a refresh/remodel. Nope. Way over charging for such a subpar hotel. Would not recommend.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. We chose it for the pool and breakfast. It was plenty expensive, and when we got there the pool was closed. They said that was on the website, but I didn't see it. Also, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The room smelled of body odor, and it was extremely humid. It was clean enough, but nothing outstanding. The value definitely didn't meet the price, and I will not stay there again.

The room was spotless, and staff went above and beyond to make my night the best possible. There is allot of shopping within walking distance and food. I stay 2 to 3 nights a week in hotels and believe this has been one of the best I have stayed at for a very long time.

The pool was closed and come to find out was closed for about 6 months, but they act like it is a recent reason. We would have stayed elsewhere if we had known and felt frustrated as we had a toddler with. Went to breakfast at 8am and there was virtually no food left and they then had to put eggs and sausage in and it would take 20+ minutes. The breakfast area was not maintained, cleaned, or stocked.
