「The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. The staff that I met was superb! Even the housekeeper made an effort to understand what I wanted and very kind about it. I received two tasks to make sure I knew to contact them if needed. 「We didn’t know you had to request room service and for a five nights stay only had our room cleaned once. We did not receive towels every day. The Jacuzzi did not work. I think management needs to take a look at these items. Richard and Denzel at the front desk were very helpful.」

「My stay was brief as I checked in later in the day to catch an early flight to the nearby airport. I did not avail myself of breakfast as I was checking out at 4am. Free transportation was provided from the airport to the hotel and back. The room was impeccably clean and totally comfortable. I would recommend this Baymont hotel to anyone. 」

「Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.」
