「The room was very clean. I was surprised and disappointed. I hadn’t brought my slippers because I did not know it was a non-carpeted surface, which made it cooler to the person walking barefooted. The staff that I met was superb! Even the housekeeper made an effort to understand what I wanted and very kind about it. I received two tasks to make sure I knew to contact them if needed.
