"The stay was really nice. I was a bit disappointed that the website advertised robes in the rooms but there weren’t any. For $200+ for one night I would just expect the rooms to be as they are advertised . Also the lobby had a gassy smell when we check in. All in all the hotel was beautiful, the barista did a wonderful job with our drinks and the pastries were delicious. "

"Extremely noisy unit- sirens, water pipes circulating noise, even the AC is so noisy. We lived on first floor, noise from Tenant upstairs - walking, slamming doors, the garage door below our unit opening and closing non stop 24/7. The cushion on the couch is torn and cotton was spilling out . There are bare minimum furniture in the living room area. The TV has no local news or sports news. The instructions for using the appliance are poor and non existing. I have to text the management and it takes hours before they respond. They should have a simple instruction manual on the table for the visitors so there is no need to call. The hallway carpets especially the stairs are heavily stained. "
