「Very quiet, very convenient, like it very much, the service is very good」

「Für Downtown ideale Lage. Frühstück war ordentlich.」

「Clean great stay!!!」

「Conveniently located well appointed property. Staff were very helpful.」

「So disappointed with this hotel. They offer a complimentary shuttle within a 5-mile radius and more than half of the time they acted like they didn't want to take us anywhere. They constantly made excuses for us not to use the shuttle. When they did let us use the shuttle the drivers were very rude except Tim. On our last day I had scheduled a shuttle for the airport and when the time came for us to use the shuttle, the lady manager proceeded to say that she didn't have a driver available....

「The main parking lot was closed due to repairs to the underground parking lot and you had to park across the street. When I got to my room, my key cards didn't open the door so I had to return to the front desk to get new ones programmed. Staff in the evening weren't very friendly and was agitated when I asked for a couple of trash bags. The hotel itself was okay but the pop machines on the 6th, 5th, 4th, and 3rd floors didn't work so I had to use the one in the Lobby. My next trip to Des Moines...

「It was a great place to stay and it was clean. I was charged for a damaged side table that was damaged prior to my arrival. They investigated and realized I was not the one who damaged the side table and returned the fee they initially charged.」

「Super comfy bed breakfast wasnt bad lots of options」

「The most unique thing about this hotel is that it smells so bad that ive never feel so. The smell made me so uncomfortable and caused trouble when trying to sleep. Dont reserve this hotel if you see this comment! 」
