「What an unexpected and remarkable hotel nestled in the middle of downtown Des Moines. The lobby is a little bit of European old world splendor with the amenities one expects from a top notch modern hotel. Front desk staff was efficient and polite. Restaurants in the area were pointed out along with parking instructions across the street. The room I was assigned had a fireplace, bar with sink, a full sized tufted leather couch a separate sitting area, and a large bathroom. A very comfortable bed...

「A beautiful historical hotel with Hot tub, pool and a great rooftop bar. It’s right across the street from the River, and most down town Restaurants and attractions are easily walkable including The Figge Art Museum, and the Adler Theater. I would love to stay here again. 」

「The location is good. The room amenity are typical. What dissatisfied me was a $1 surcharge without a clarification. I wish there had been an explanation message. 」

The staff were incredibly friendly, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The pool was excellent, and we enjoyed it every single day.」
