「My husband, my 5 years old son and I visited Dubuque and stood at Grand Harbor Hotel and waterpark. We had an amazing time. Price/ quality is just great rooms were very clean, check in very easy ,waterpark area very clean and looked like was newly remodeled perfect for all ages. 「Check in smooth. Staff is friendly, Only problem was the hallway to casino closed. They did have a shuttle for the 2 block walk. Temperature outside was very cold so we used the shuttle.」
