「I came as a solo traveler to the Savannah Inn suites with my foster dog. I was doing an adoption in the area. If you have a motorcycle, you must stay in this area. I guess it has some of the prettiest riding trails. Although I did not come for that purpose, the Eria is really pretty and visiting. The Palisades State Park is a must. 「The staff were always cheerful and obliging. And once the latest version of the next door restaurant is open, I’m sure the breakfast will be better overall. Trying to eat if there are a lot of people in the pool (this happened on one day), is unpleasant. Also, it’s unfortunate that room housekeeping service is no longer daily. 「Our room had a leak from the upstairs unit over our unit over the toilet. My husband is a plumber and he knew it was a leak from the toilet upstairs and it was from dirty toilet water cause it leaked whenever they used the toilet. We were unable to move rooms as the hotel was booked. There was nothing they could do. They said they could look into a credit however when I attempted to talk to them again they didn't help. The continental breakfast was non existent. Try to talk to the desk assistant...

「Over all the hotel was fine. Location is nice. The worst part of the experience was not having clean sheets. Upon arrival the bed sheets bad a brown stain on them. Staff were nice and made it right, so thank you to them. 」

「I had called the day before about needing one of my rooms to be a pet friendly room. They were not helpful so when we got to the hotel the next day they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms clean so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Also, I am a Comfort Choice hotel member and they wouldn’t help me get credit for the stay.」
