It was a decent hotel. Pool area was only open from 4pm-9pm. They had continental breakfast advertised all over but in the morning it was a granola bar or a microwaved breakfast sandwich.

My husband, my 5 years old son and I visited Dubuque and stood at Grand Harbor Hotel and waterpark. We had an amazing time. Price/ quality is just great rooms were very clean, check in very easy ,waterpark area very clean and looked like was newly remodeled perfect for all ages. Jacuzzi is very spacious and water temperature for the pool and for the Jacuzzi is perfect. For a hotel with breakfast included , the breakfast option was just fair. we will definitely love to return in the future. Our room faced the river. It was on seventh floor and the view was amazing
