「First of all in the elevator there is a hand written sign that says" When you get to your desired floor HOLD the door open button so the door will open". Then the elevator doesn't stop even with the floor and my first step out was face first on the floor as the elevator stopped about 3 inches above the floor. The room felt like a jail cell, you can open window all the way open (4th floor) and no bars on the screen so a child could fall out, toilet is so low to floor as if you are using a...

They did take out their laundry room on a recent remodel and the pool right outside the rooms make it very noisy in the rooms. We like the jacuzzi room, which has so much room and we love the jacuzzi.」

「The room was clean however the air conditioning was not working in one of our rooms and we had to be moved to another room away from the rest of the family. The other room the tv was so dim that we couldn’t see anything. Also, there was a traveling baseball team so the jacuzzi was not available to other guests due to the numbers of youth that were in the jacuzzi/pool area. 「The water in the shower was very cold. Unable to turn it to the hot. The leaver would not go to the hot. Had to take cold showers.」

「Requested an early check in a day in advance. Was told 1:30 "would not be a problem" and room was not ready until 3:30. Breakfast area could not accommodate the number of guests there. Shower drain was plugged, left you in inches of standing water.」

「I was placed in two different rooms. Both had broken lamps (3 total). One had a broken closet door, water pooling in the dishwasher, crumbs in the drawers and dog hair in the sofa bed. The other had a broken phone and filthy stovetop. The beds and bathrooms were clean, so that was good. The entire floor had a terrible smell that lingered for the 3 days I was there.
