「We have stayed here plenty of times. This time the check in lady wasn't friendly, short with us. The room wasn't as clean as they usually are. 」

「We booked this because of a dance competition. We purposely purchased Friday - Monday so that my kids could go the Waterpark on Monday their only day free after the long weekend of competing. Nothing said it’d be closed in fact we received a paper at check in saying it was open. Only to find out it was closed at 4pm Sunday and not open at all during the week. 「I mean it's a $50ish dollar a night hotel (when we stayed). The breakfast was ok, the room had a bit of a funky smell, but you get what you pay for. 」

「Pool area was very crowded, the hot tub was packed with kids. No toys are allowed in the pool at all. Very short staffed.Breakfast very basic.Elevator out of order and because the hotel charged me for early check in and shouldn’t have it took 2 hours to get checked in.」

Our room key stopped working and the man at the front desk was unapologetic. The elevator was jerky and the door barely opened. The food was cold and unappealing. This hotel should be shut down or the price should be dropped significantly.」
