The staff were professional, responsive, and very accommodating. The laser game ate our coins so a staff helped us and ended up giving us a couple extra. They made an effort for fun games, could improve, but did appreciate and had fun! My biggest complaint has to be the age limit on the hot tubs. People bringing their toddlers and babies into the hot tub, they have to be peeing in there. No one under 14 should be in the hot tub, also would appreciate 1 hour before and after just for hotel guest rather than visitors with day passes at the pool. Our entire team got rashes after using the pool. Maybe the chlorine levels need monitoring more on weekends. Smaller issues that were easily fixable: The rooms / windows needed a deep cleaning, (what’s a nice view with dirty windows?), the most uncomfortable hotel bedding I’ve had in my entire life, everyone complained about the heat in the rooms being too much, so the next night I turned down to 60 and it was decent. However no mold in the building which helped keep allergies down. Would consider booking again!

The bathroom fan and heat lamp didn't work so there was mold on the showerhead and grab bar on the shower. Wallpaper was curling up. Floors in the entire room needed deep cleaning. There was water on the window sill. No cover on the heater control panel. The only ceiling light in the room quit working and the lamps were very dim. Beds were clean and comfortable. The waterpark needs a complete overhaul. The play structures were covered in rust and missing paint. The adult hot tub was closed our entire stay, as was the basketball pool area. The snack shack was closed one day of our stay. On our last day, the systems were down so no cards could be used to purchase items at the gift shop/snack area. The lobby area was freezing, and you had to walk through it on the way to and from the waterpark. Many arcade games weren't working. The meeting room we rented served us well, and Max and Brittney were incredible host and hostess for our group. The food from Tony Roma's was delicious, except for the sirloin steak, which was so chewy it couldn't be eaten. The free breakfast was amazing, but the milk and juice machine were broken. Check in was quick and easy. Every employee we encountered was friendly, smiling, and greeted us with a smile. We all had a wonderful time, and it's a safe, gorgeous location on the Mississippi, but it could use a major renovation. We'll definitely be back, and are hoping they have improvements and updates on the horizon.

My kids loved this place, the arcade and water park was a lot of fun! Room was clean, con was that there was no alcohol sales during our stay due to new management and waiting for liquor license.The water park needs updated but still a lot of fun. If it wasnt for that would of given 5 stars.

Overall the hotel was better than the reviews. Waterpark needs some painting but kids don’t care. Beds were comfortable with rooms very clean. A full breakfast was nice with a large family. Very accommodating with kids activities in and out of the waterpark area. Front desk was very nice and helpful. They put our family all together which made the trip even more fun and convenient with small children

There was a line for breakfast. Tables were disgusting. Out of milk and coffee and nobody on site to request more. This is mainly a kids attraction. I expected kid friendly breakfast. Only had eggs, tots, and sausage links. Offered dry cereals. Room had an false eyelash and hair in the bathroom. Didnt seem as clean as it should be. Seemed like hotel isnt being updated and falling apart. The Arcade had a lot of the games that were out of order. Pool was small and big kids were rough housing and almost dunked my 5 yr old and slammed her into the wall in lazy river. Lifeguard did nothing.

Breakfast area was very poorly set-up and it took several minutes for a single person to get through. As the morning went on the breakfast area was absolutely trashed and it didn't seem like anyone was there cleaning the tables and there weren't supplies to clean it yourself. Front desk staff was a hit or a miss. The room locked us out before checkout time and we had to get someone to open the door for us. The bath tub had drainage issues and we had floating debris the first time we had to shower. There was no vent in the bathroom so it got super humid in the entire room. Not enough hangers. The water park was fun but not big enough and honestly it needs some major tlc. Lots of broken features and everything was rusted out.

We have stayed here a couple times and alway have a great experiences. The last time we stay the fridge was broke and had started to mold. We let them know and with in a hour we had a brand new. The staff is always helpful and so nice. Cant wait tell our next trip there

The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options and they were out of a lot of stuff. The bathroom vent also didn’t work. The arcade had atleast 3 games out of order. The water park was awesome and all the employees were nice
