「Our thermostat did not work」

「The hotel was great for a small town.」

「This Hotel was in a central location. Brewery right across the street with grat food. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. We showed up 30 minutes after breakfast time and Terry made sure we still got fed. I noticed later in the day after we had left that I lost one of my AirPod in the bed. I called right away and the gentleman told me that he would leave a message with housekeeping. I am now back home, 1900 miles away. I...

「Easy to get to, lots of parking. Free coffee. Staff are very helpful. Walls seemed a bit thin, but definitely a lot of people due to the casino. Easy to get over to Galena for some sight seeing.」

「Our refrigerator/freezer leaked all over the floor and didn't keep our drinks cool. There were wet towels left in the sink in the wet bar and the bathroom had hairs on the floor. The pool had way too much chlorine in it and the hottub was dirty around the edges and smelled mildewy, Just not as good of an experience for the money and nothing like it used to be. there needs to be a full cleaning and update in the pool area as well as some of the amenities in the rooms, such as furniture and...

「We enjoyed the hot tub.」

「Room clean.」

「Very helpful checkin staff and the bar/restaurant was right there. Easy in and easy out.」

「Great place very nice will stay again; poor cell signal in area.」

「only stayed one night....but comfortable.」

「What a great experience! The host is super friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. It’s so easy to walk around. Nice shops and restaurants near by 」

「This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.」

「Friendly staff, quiet hotel.」

「Nice place to stay, room was really nice」

「Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had.」
