「Tres joli cadre !!!

「The room was very clean but my toilet smelt like cigarettes and drained pipes. The staff are friendly though there was an issue over a towel. They couldn’t find the deposit receipt, and accused one of friends of taking it only to find the receipt later. They didn’t really apologise, which is actually the only reason why I am leaving this review. Mistakes are made, we are all human, but an apology to a paying customer can go along way.」

「Review from an American. First, just understand that this is a resort designed for children. The vast majority of the guests are families from the UK traveling with children. Everything else you have to TAKE A BUS to get to the beach club. The beach...

「Average. Whilst we appreciated the room upgrade due to a leaking toilet in the original room, everything else was just average. The phone was broken, as was the fridge, after the toilet episode in the first room, I just couldn't be bothered to speak to reception again as they weren't particularly friendly. The room was not clean. The back pool was generally nice and quiet. I felt like a burden when I spoke to any of the staff that I tried to keep interactions to a minimum, this is a shame when...
