Had a ground floor preferrred club pool view room with large balcony. Nice size room, large tv and good aircon. Mini bar restocked every day free of charge was a nice touch Staff all very friendly, good variety of food at breakfast and dinner and entertainment decent. 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Dont think you could do much better for the money Had a great holiday

Staff as always are very good, room was clean and serviced daily although towards the end of the week just the bed was made and bins emptied. Tables and sink wasn’t wiped down. I have to say this didn’t bother me too much. Could do with more hangers and drawers as we just ended up throwing everything in the wardrobe. Lovely sea view as booked a preferred room but need to remember to ask for a room on the other side in future as these get more sun. Overall again we enjoyed our stay and will return.

Went here as a follow up to stating with dreams in Madeira. They were spectacular. Just remember all dreams properties are not equal. This hotel’s Service was disorganized and dismissive staff, food was terrible, housing was okay. Not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The hotel itself had nothing going on and claimed to be wristband free but you need to swipe your card for even a glass of water. Wish I could have refunded my trip and stayed anywhere else.

Great hotel. Very well located near the marina restaurants. Staff were lovely, always smiling and going out of their war to help. We went "preferred" which gave us access to a minibar with beer, soft drinks and crisps while also had access to a snack room with sandwiches and other snacks - this was great value for money. Rooms were a good size, shower was superb and lovely pool area. We would def come here again.

De kamer was oké. Er kon beter gepoetst worden, zo werd er nooit gepoetst achter de deuren. Waardoor er zich na een week heel wat vuil ophoopt in de hoeken achter de deuren. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk, maar naar onze mening onderbemand. Zo moest je ‘s morgens een tafeltje gaan uitzoeken bij het ontbijt, de meesten waren nog vuil. Ook ‘s middags hetzelfde verhaal. Het was dus gaan zitten aan een vuile tafel en iemand aanspreken om de tafel te komen proper maken. Als we vroegen om buiten te zitten was dit niet mogelijk. Alle tafels waren vuil van vorige mensen en er kwam niemand deze proper maken. Dus, geen plek. Het buffet was oké, maar geen 5 sterren waard. De algehele hygiëne van het hotel was ook niet helemaal oké. In de grote hal, die ‘s avonds dienst doet als bar ruimte was ‘s morgens nog heel wat vuil te vinden / zien van de avond ervoor. Al bij al een goed hotel, maar geen 5-sterren hotel.

Voor de tweede keer weer geweldig naar ons zin gehad. Leuk flesje champagne met mijn verjaardag. Kamer steeds brandschoon, Super aardig personeel. Vooral Ali bij de zwembadbar met zijn mooie witte tanden. Altijd gezellig en super goede service. Hopelijk tot snel.

Every thing about this hotel is of a very good standard ,it’s very peaceful,excellent location ,great pools ,food and staff are excellent,the rooms are spotless,beds and linen are high quality ,shower is superb ,and also the high pressure toilets ! This was our second stay in this hotel and we cannot recommend it enough ,it’s registered as a 5 star ,which it’s not quite,however for all it has going for it I’d recommend it for all but the most fussy of clients ! Overall great friendly hotel with excellent staff that actually care about their clients and their well being ,you can’t go wrong with this one ,absolutely spotless,thanks dream we shall return ! Great hotel overall ,great staff that actually care about

Room was great - although we didn’t get the room we requested by email with the hotel at first. We changed to the desired room after two nights. As this was our third visit to Dreams we feel it would be a useful option if Preferred Club visitors could know in advance that they are getting the room they want. Something to consider perhaps? Staff were brilliant, breakfast wonderful. Disappointed that the Spa was not open - feel this should have been flagged up when we were looking to book. Hotel website still shows it as open. No doubt we will return.

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms, stayed in preferred room. Great mini bar, breakfast lovely. Staff very friendly. Second visit to this hotel will definitely return. Great location for accessing both parts and close to the beach. Loved Sealegs bar and pool.
