「Property is immaculately kept. Nice stay for families. Close to Dollywood and the strip in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only issue is that I booked early and the rate went down by $400. The resort refused to honor the new rate but upgraded us to a four bedroom, which we didn’t need.」

「This property is poorly maintained and honestly feels like a slight upgrade from an asylum as it looks nothing like the pictures advertised on Expedia. The carpet had mysterious stains on it, part of the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the fridge was frozen, and the air conditioner was so loud we had to sleep without it leading to us waking up with what I can only describe as a mildewy smell. On top of it all, when I went to cancel the rest of the stay with the hotel they refused to...
