「Loved the lazy river!」

「Great atmosphere and friendly staff!」

「An extra fee (resort fee) was charged upon arrival; it was not mentioned at the time of making the reservation through Expedia. On the first day, no coffee was given, just a few tea bags. After asking for supplies, the next day I found out that the coffee machine didn't work and asked to change it. The replacement one did work, but with some issues. For pleople which main purpose is hiking and who want to stay mainly to rest is not worthy.」

「酒店坐落在高处，房间内有很好的景色。房间面积理想，周围很安静。有户外阳台，坐在室内就可以观赏美丽的落日。酒店有充足停车位，早餐内容也不错。游泳池也不错，适合孩子和大孩子，但不适合成人锻炼使用。整个小镇有免费的巴士，很方便出行。唯一奇怪的是入住几天没有人来打扫房间，最终实在不能忍受，找工作人员要求才得到了非常凑合的打扫，脏床单不更换，浴室也没有清洁。这是一个很大的遗憾！」

Minutes away from Dollywood, by trolley or car. You may pay a little more to stay here, but for the experience, the service, the perks - you won’t find a better option in the area.」

「Indoor heated pool was not heated. There was only 1 tube for the lazy river. Hot tub was not hot. I had a balcony room and all the chairs on said balcony were unusable. The curtain that covers the balcony door was stuck and didn't cover it door at all. Breakfast was ok for what it was. The water pressure was nonexistent. The TV remote didn't work. Th toilet seat was cracked. The only good thing was the price.」
