「When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.」

「Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.」

There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! 「Cute place off the beaten path. Nice little balcony overlooking the river. Close enough to Gatlinburg but still as little on the fringes. Front desk staff was incredibly kind and friendly.」

「Overall the my experience was good. Nice view. TV kept going out. Had to have fixed. Pool and Hot Tub was nice. Breakfast was basic continental. Very loud neighbors shared connecting doors. 」
