The room was clean but very dated. Mattress old and uncomfortable so I woke up with back pain. The staff was very helpful and polite. Location was great and balcony by river wonderful.

Excellent stay. Definitely recommend. The staff was fantastic. The facilities show their age here and there (slow elevator, doorframes being a bit tight), but the room was clean, updated, comfortable , and quiet. Zero complaints.

For an older hotel I was surprised! The property was well Maintained and the rooms were comfortable. Daily room service as in making the beds and cleaning the room was not available and I was perfectly fine with that. The bed was comfortable! The room came with two sinks and 2 beds with mini fridge refrigerator and coffee maker there was a blow dryer and an ironing board available breakfast was a continental style. I was happy with my visit.

Great location and good value for the money. Room was very spacious. The floor of the bathtub seemed to have water trapped under the surface so it was a bit wobbly and the decor is a bit dated but overall a great value for the price!

Best hotel location to be in Gatlinburg. Walking distance to the parkway, right next to Ripley's aquarium. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was big, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pillows and comforters were clean and smells great. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely plan on staying here again on our next visit.

Room was clean, bed ok, quite location and staff was great but unfortunately this location is very dated. The room AC unit stopped working middle of the night, we had no lights the morning we left in the bathroom. Breakfast isn't breakfast that is a joke...it grab and go. There is a lot about this resort that needs replaced and repaired.
