"My wife and I loved this hotel. Right at the front entrance to Biltmore which is why we came to Asheville. Staff were nice and professional. The food there was excellent. We really enjoyed the room. We will stay here again."

"We had a great one night stay at Princess Anne. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly! The rooms were bigger than expected with all the comforts of a chain hotel, but personal touches. We enjoyed the wine and charcuterie plate on the beautiful back porch. I highly recommend staying at Princess Anne!! "

"The hotel was exceptionally clean. The check-in staff was friendly. The pool was stocked with fresh towels. Our room was thoughtfully appointed with plentiful plug outlets, lighting and blackout drapes. The layout and design of the room made sense. And it was in pristine condition. If I did not know differently I might guess that we were the first guests to occupy the room. Great overall experience. Highly recommend! "
"We were upgraded to a one bedroom condo instead of the studio that we booked due to the a/c being out in the first building. It was a lovely surprise, the only caveat was that the elevator was out and we were on the third floor. But still a good trade off for us. The hot tub was also under repair. So despite the many mechanical issues that they have going on it was still a great place to stay in Asheville. Perfectly situated and very clean!"

"All around great hotel, not to mention a great value! My favorite was the 5ft swimming pool and hot tub, Very good "free breakfast", plus everything was spotless. You can't do better than this hotel, highly recommended.Staff was helpful and friendly! GREAT EXPERIENCE!"
"Pretty hotel on the gorgeous grounds of the Biltmore Estate. Guests get full access to the grounds (not including the interior tour of the estate which is extra). Nice walking and biking paths and convenient dining choices in the hotel and nearby in the Biltmore Village. A++ all around@"
