The room was decent, and the air conditioner worked great, which made my stay comfortable. That said, there were a few maintenance and comfort issues. The ice machine was empty, my refrigerator didn't work, my sink knob was broken, the pillows were very flat, and the blanket was thin. 「This was honestly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at and we have been all over the world. The pool is incredible and so is the dining option. And let’s talk about the free breakfast, wow!!! Such a spread and the property is so well maintained. Everything was great! 「Our room was steps from the ocean, the convenience was amazing! The pool was great, the room was pretty clean. There was no exhaust fan, sink or mirror in the bathroom and I did empty the dehumidifier in the room 4-5 times a day. There was a microwave and refrigerator but no toaster. Overall, it was a nice place for a great price. The staff was friendly and the location was amazing!」
