「The pool needs to be more maintained!」

「The outside of the hotel was a bit unappealing and dated but the room and service were outstanding. The room was clean, well cared for, and excellent value. I definitely will stay there again when in town visiting family.」

「The room they gave us was awful. Smelled very musty. Asked for a different room and that room was fine. Water pressure in the shower was low. The continental breakfast was not great. 「I didn't get a chance to stay at the hotel. Because I got a email 3 hours before being at the hotel. Saying my room was cancelled. Try calling them 12 times and no answer. So not a good place to do business with. I'm glad I haven't left.」
