「Large room, beach view, incredibly helpful staff, all I needed for a perfect day at the beach!」

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「The rooms were clean. The property was close close to restaurants. The staff was friendly. The breakfast provided a variety of items each day. Overall a nice stay.」

「Hair on ceiling of bathroom, all lights have rust on them, the smell of the room smelt like mildew, and the walls in the restroom look as if they have never been wiped down before. Positives: staffing was amazing」

「About what you would expect, rating is lower from me because of a billing issue that could have been avoided as well as a pipe running across the beach that makes it difficult for people with accessibility issues, that isn't the hotels fault but maybe prices should be adjusted if the view is going to include a three foot wide rusty brown pipe and a depressed-looking boardwalk. Still better than Myrtle Beach.」

「No there was no view of the ocean. It was at least 20 minutes from the ocean. The evening staff member was so nice. The daytime staff member was rude and a liar. She told my wife at 3:00, the room was not clean as of yet, it will be ready at 4:00 or a little later. My wife is handicapped and was extremely tired, we waited in our car until 3:45, my wife went back in and saw the rude girl leaving and the evening staff lady coming in. She asked the lady if our room was ready and she said it was...
