「The bed was amazing. Issue was with housekeeping. We were not told that we had to request it at check in, so we went entire day with a dirty room. When we brought it manageme T’s attention, they did respond immediately.」

「Don’t expect to check in on time. Bed is super uncomfortable, makes a lot of noise with the springs and is super sunk in. I woke up in so much back pain. Floors were sticky, place smelled like dirty mop water. There was a random electrical hole in our wall in the room. They didn’t even have a toilet paper holder. The pool was the nicest thing they offered, but it’s shared with the connecting hotel, which might’ve been the better option for stay…」

「The front desk clerk, John, was amazing. We had a multiple day stay and he helped us with our issues, big and small. The breakfast was a big plus for my littles.」

「The best thing about this hotel is that it was very clean. They didn’t have clean towels and wash clothes. We had to wait over an hour to receive them after coming in from the beach which was a real bummer. I have never experienced this from a hotel. Also, when we checked into the hotel we were told they had breakfast service only to find out the next morning that they did not have that service available. Also, you have to pay to park in their parking LOT.」

「Lobby pool bar not available until 2:30pm. and closes at 10pm. Must leave dirty towels and trash outside door everyday if you want fresh ones.. no one informs you of this.. lack of communication.」

「The location was great, easy access to Carolina, Kure & Wrightville beaches. Near a mall, Walmart and several grocery stores, as well as a movie theater. The staff was very professional, friendly and inviting. This was our first time visiting and we'll surely be returning and staying at this location. The breakfast was quite delicious and a large variety.」
