「We Loved our great stay. From check in w Charlene to ck out w Terri, everyone was so friendly, kind n helpful. The warm cookies at ckin was a plus. The entire hotel was So Clean. Our room was great. All of the lighting options, plug in options were a real plus. Wonderful bathroom mirror! Breakfast attendant was the best. Had a big job, handled it all plus kept up w keeping her area spotless. Warm food was always available!」

「The property is beautifully kept, rooms are spotless, and it is advertised as it truly is. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. I appreciated there was always hot coffee and hot water provided in the lobby along with creamers and hot cocoa mix for anyone staying there. There is even a mini market available in the lobby. Great workout room with many machines and equipment to get workouts in - especially last weekend in November, it was too cold outside to walk. But when the sun is out,...

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」

「The hotel is beautiful. Nice and quiet. The only downfall was the sheets wasn't changed on thr bed prior to arrival. There were hairs on the bed. Otherwise than that, the hotel is very nice. I would definitely stay there again.」
