「We arrived at 4 and was promptly checked in by the most pleasant and professional personnel. The room was a little “dated” but clean and totally comfortable for our needs. Renovations looked to have been rather recent. But the room was very clean. The view to the river was nice as well. We slept in and missed the breakfast but it’s nice to know it was available if needed. Great stay at what I felt was a very fair price for both BW as vendor and myself as a customer. 9/10. When we went with are kids to have fun we noticed that the housekeeper came in and put new towels in our bathroom didn’t expect that but appreciate it thank you elements staff god bless you see you soon.」

「During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.」
