Clean room yes staff excellent amenities excellent when we arrived my husband and me from concord they received us like coming to home every staff member were very friendly. When we went with are kids to have fun we noticed that the housekeeper came in and put new towels in our bathroom didn’t expect that but appreciate it thank you elements staff god bless you see you soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was beautifully landscaped and provided ample indoor and outdoor sitting spaces for socializing, private work calls and relaxing. My room was very clean and the layout was simple yet elegant. I loved the evening social time and breakfast was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again! 2 cons were that opening and closing the doors were loud and the bathroom mirror didn't light up.

Had a handicap room even though we aren’t handicapped. It was clean except for the shower. It had hair on the shower floor. The water from the shower drained out onto the floor and out of the bathroom. Someone needs to fix that. This is a new hotel and I know that they are still working on getting things right. Other than those 2 issues, the hotel is beautiful and the staff are great. It is walking distance to shopping. Will be back again.
