「The hardwares of the hotel are too old, and the breakfast is very simple 」

「We were originally booked into a downtown hotel for our very first visit to asheville. After some research, we decided we wanted to stay in a neighborhood and this was the perfect choice. Plenty of parking, perfectly located, and the unit was far more spacious than we needed for 5 nights. This was well thought out and we couldn't think of one thing they should have done better. Ice cold AC. Extra comfy bed,, ROKU. Coffee in room.」

「Three Trails is ideally located in downtown Elkin. It, however, is located next to an active railroad line and trains do sound their horns early in the mornings and sometimes at night. Three Trails is also on the corner of the main street junction of the city. Therefore, there is street noise. Three Trails would be much improved, and more comfortable for guests, if sound proofing glass is installed in the windows. 「Rooms are super nice and clean. Washer and Dryer are in room - really nice and convenient. Kitchen super clean and have all the essential utensils you needed. Location is right on point if you need to say close by to Atrium medical center. I would stay with Kasa again 100%.」

「Not clean, really broken down hotel, things falling apart, water drips into a bucket somewhere in the bedroom.」

「Quite area, decent Mountain View’s, wildlife galore, only complaint is shower is an RV type and very small! Customer service and correspondence was easy and just a text away! Would recommend staying here if your looking for a camping like experience with all the amenities!」
