So during our stay this past weekend, 1/31-2/1, there was a massive snow storm. Over a foot of snow fell and we were snowed in. That being said, the staff was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need and helped us to get another room when we had to end up staying another night because our car was burried! All in all an amazing place. This is the second time we have stayed here and we have not been disappointed yet. Of course then indoor pool, restaurant, and hot tub was amazing as well.

Welcoming front desk staff and smooth check in. Room was clean but lots of dirty linens and full trash bags left in the hall overnight. Dining staff were great Ave my omelette was delicious. Front desk staff in the morning were great too.
