「Fantastic and peaceful getaway」

「Not a great experience- we will not return. Location of property not where we expected- would select a room located in town with walking distance to shops and sites next time. Access to property difficult. Climate control of overall property hallways and room had a damp feel in the air. King bed was lumpy. 「During my 3 days stay I was unfortunately faced with MANY issues. This place deserves to be shut down. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a front desk clerk that seemed nice and friendly. As we got to our room, it was a decent hour around 4 pm or so. I was greeted with a room that had a foul stench that smell almost reminiscent of underarms and perfume. 「This property was a delightful place to stay. I have rated as 5-star across the board. The only detraction was that the majority of the house is on a single thermostat, thus you cannot control the temperature in your room and our room was cooler than we would have preferred. We were told that if we were to stay here again, ask about the one or two rooms that DO have a separate thermostat.」

「I was impressed right away with this place. Check-in was easy. The staff was very friendly. And then when I got into my room, it smelled so fresh and good. Probably the first time I ever checked into a hotel room and it didn't have that hotel smell, but the stay was awesome and the pool was awesome and the breakfast was really good.
