「Front desk was very nice. Actually most of the staff the staff I encountered was great. However, on several occasions the staff was out in front/side of the main entrance smoking which made it unavoidable to exit or enter the hotel without encountering smoke. I’m asthmatic snd smoke triggers an attack. If they could take the smoking to the back of the property, or an area that is nowhere near the main entrance, this would be ideal. Aside from that, they get 5 stars.

「The airport shuttle service at this hotel is extremely inconvenient. They only run the shuttle once every hour, which is not practical at all for travelers. To make matters worse, they only have one shuttle, and it is dedicated to Southwest Airlines first. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes at the airport for a ride, even though the hotel is just an 8-minute drive away. This is simply absurd. If you need to rely on the shuttle, I would not recommend booking this hotel.」
