Didn't feel like a priority by multiple associates. When I showed up, I didn't get acknowledged for many minutes. The person at the desk was trying to assist a guest with Wifi, but was unsuccessful. Even when the guest told her she could wait on me, she declined and never acknowledged me standing there. She eventually got another associate that was clearly not on the clock to assist the original guest, but still remained with them for many minutes finally engaged and assisted me.
Didn't explain overflow parking until I drove around for 15 minutes trying to figure it out. Very few parking spaces in the garage. I finally had to park, come it and it was the same person who provided poor service.
The next morning. Not lids or stirs for coffee. The area was in disarray. I found everything in the cupboard on my own while the lady at the counter just watch me and never said a word.
Rooms a little dated with some weird white stain on the shower floor.
Place was ok, but not for the money. Very disappointing for a Marriott. I usually use Hilton and I can see why.
