「Restaurant was very, very slow. Waitress was so apologetic but I never got my food until it was time to go. Just had a plain sandwich. It was good but I ate it in the car. It happens. There was a big plumbing problem in one of our rooms. This shouldn’t happen to a brand new build. There were a lot of front desk people but not overly friendly. 「The first room we were given was not cleaned with any TLC. Immediately, after opening the shower curtain, I noticed several strands of hair on the shower wall. I could tell the bath had not been thoroughly cleaned, hence the strands of hair all over the wall. I had to rinse it myself. Even with that, the hair washed down easily.
