Restaurants are decent as the buffet like most can be a bit hectic ant busy times and same same, but still better than most. Kids had a fab time and the hotel is clean and modern and as per the pictures, it’s amazing in the day and it’s even more magical in the night time when it’s all lit up. "

"Fantastic holiday. Complex clean, staff all friendly and plenty of restaurants within a max 20 min walk away. We stayed 12 days and didn’t eat at the same place twice. We managed the walk to los abrigos in 15 minutes with a 7&10 year old. We used taxis for beach days, water park and money world. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms, aircon throughout and a lovely sea view. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and already looking at next year! "

"Really enjoyed my stay. Excellent hotel situation for me once located. Hotel and room very clean, loved the room and balcony. However I found the mattress uncomfortable as were the meager pillows. The forwarded information , how to access keys were incorrect and had to wait for the establishment to forward correct info whilst standing around outside, that was stressful. Eventually once I settled in my stay was on the whole really enjoyable ."
