Outlr top floorappartment was very well appointed and stylishly decorated with comfy beds, good little kitchen and large balcony with a180 degree view. Couldn’t fault any of that. Just as we were leaving after onlybone night's stay the loo wouldn't flush. No phone to call reception and when I went down to use the loo there there was no one around. The worst aspect howevercwas checking in. It was sooooo slow. There were 3 groups ahead of us when check in opened at 3pm. We were there forc at least 30 minutes in the queue. When we were seen the receptionist couldn't see my name on her list until I told her we'd already paid. You can check in on line but it wasn't practical as I wasn’t with my colleague to get her documentation. The poor girl ahead of us waited an hour and a half and they still couldn't find her booking which had been made through an agency.

Struggled to check in but once we foind phone no and they communicated with us by WhatsApp because we didn’t speak Spanish and they didn’t speak English they were able to sort everything out. We are retired ladies not used to everything digital but we have learned a lot. We felt very safe Staff were friendly and helpful and we somehow managed to communicate ok. Room clean and comfortable. Fridge very welcome as was air con. Excellent value for money

It was hardly ever manned . The maid was OK , but it was difficult to get into initially. I signed up expecting breakfast but there was no food facilities.. it looked like accomodation for those servicing the tourists rather than tourists( but i expect it is now out of reach for most) . We did encounter the manager on checkout day , but he was openly hostile because we used the foyer briefly to repack our stuff after the beach.The hire care was parked outside. i met so many people in the foyer or outside unable to access the roorms because the dopey manager had neglected to send the promised PIN code . What a moron.

Hotel sehr unpersönlich und schwieriger Kontakt. Es gibt bestimmte Check-in Zeiten und ansonsten bekommt man einen Code für Hotel und auch Zimmertür. Allerdings ist wie gesagt der Kontakt mit dem Hotel schwierig um eben diesen Code zu bekommen. Zimmer war ok, sauber aber eher funktionell eingerichtet. Waren nur eine Nacht da. Gepäckaufbewahrung auch eher schwierig - Rezeptionsmitarbeiter können Gepäckraumtür remote öffnen, dies bedeutet aber auch, dass nicht garantiert ist, dass jeder Gast auch nur seinen Koffer nimmt. Ansonsten gute Lage, nah beim Flughafen (Achtung, leichte Lärmbeeinträchtigung), nah am Strand und Restaurants.

Die Rezeption ist nur bis 19 Uhr besetzt !!! Erbat ein ruhiges Zimmer, bekam ein Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße, sehr laut. Im Zimmer keine Leselampen, kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten für Toilettenartikes im Bad, nie eine Mitarbeiterin gesehen, war froh, als ich ging, nie wieder

Nous sommes arrivés à 14:30 et le check in est à 15:00. Malgré que l'appartement était prêt, nous n'avons pas pu entrer. Ils sont rigides pour les horaires de check in et check out. Le check out est tarifé pour un retard. Le personnel à la réception n'est pas très disponible et unilingue.
