We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Very quaint and laid back ambience. Normally travellers like us (retired professionals) might not connect with this sort of hostel, but we loved it. Dining options are abundant - from an informal pool side cafe to a fancy, multi course dinner tasting menu! Lots of places to lounge - poolside or to stare off at the views. 「I’ve traveled extensively but this hotel was incredible! Immaculately clean, room was beautiful and very modern. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Affordable but the food was amazing! The only thing I want to mention is the walk to the ocean. Although only 1/2 mile, you have to go down 246 steps and if you’ve got bad knees it could be challenging. A cab ride down is about 5 euro. Worth it! 」
