「100% recommendation!!! Smaller hotel. Location in the middle of the older part of Puerto de la Cruz. Close/walking distance to everything. Nice and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Only (little) lowlight: WiFi - in my room - could be a bit better.」

「整潔，環境舒適優美。房間設有小廚房，附近很多食店可以選擇，鄰近亦有間超級市場。如果想甯靜，度假是一個不錯嘅選擇。 唯一房間沒有空調，有一把吊扇，會有點熱。但有露臺，可打開門。 職員友善，餐廳亦十分便宜」

「We had a wonderful stay at this newly renovated hotel, it’s truly beautiful, immaculate, and very thoughtfully designed. You can really feel the care that went into every detail. The food deserves a special mention: absolutely fantastic. We stayed for 7 nights and never once had the same thing at the buffet. Everything was delicious, original, and clearly prepared with creativity and quality in mind. The staff were incredible across the board, from front office to the bar and restaurant....

「Tolles Zimmer, vor allem das mit Meerblick, tolles Frühstück, tolle Dachterrasse. Nur der Pool ist leider sehr klein, das ist etwas schade, vor allem wenn wie bei uns ständig Küstenwarnung ist und man auch nicht ans Meer kann und das Meerwasser-Freibad geschlossen ist. Würden trotzdem wieder kommen. 」
