We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

They were first class - kind friendly hard working and personable. Hard to ever anywhere in the world where the staff were this attentive. A credit to the hotel and their management team. 」
