「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「Their rooms were very nice and clean and well put together in their design. However, the beds and the pillows were not so good. Our pillows were so flat. I have severe neck pain and was not able to sleep comfortably the three nights we were there. We could not get comfortable in the bed. We tossed and turned all night. It felt like we were thinking in the mattress. It was very uncomfortable.」

「It was easy to make tge reservation. As soon as we got the room and told them the shower knob didnt work we had a new room immediately. The view was beautiful and it make for a comfortable time altogether. I will be using this hotel again!」

「Room was clean and smelled clean. But the staff was amazing the guest relations manager left a bear birthday present in our room for our 6 year old and she was so excited to tell them thank you. Definitely will be back」

「Room was very clean, housekeeping doesn't bother you if you dont want to be bothered, I like that. But when you need something they will provide it immediately. My room didnt have a remote for the TV, I called the front desk about it and 5 minutes later a guy knocked on my door with a remote. I will def stay here again!!!!! 」
