「No Hot-water」

「每次来到Ponce都住这家Hotel.有回家的感觉」

「This is the perfect jungle mountain getaway. The staff was amazing, and there was a property dog that was so calm and sweet. The breakfast basket was delicious. Sleep was restful. Dinner was ok. Connect with nature. Bring comfortable shoes to walk the property. Be prepared to drive at least 2 hours through crazy mountain terrain. Be safe and prepared to lose service of the gps. But, the views are everything you see in the movies of what earth looked like before man ruined it.」

「La propiedad es hermosa. Las camas son comodas. Tiene dos piscinas, una para niños pequeños. La otra de 4 pies hasta 9 pies. Detalles que deben mejorar son el alumbrado. Tiene muy poco alumbrado, aunque me parece un lugar bastante seguro.」

「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「The staff was great and friendly but the room was terrible the sheets and blankets were old and dirty. You can feel the springs in the mattress , was very uncomfortable and it smelled like straight up Mold. The only thing nice was the bathroom.」

「La limpieza bien, recomiendo que halla microondas por cada habitación ya que hay nevera pero entonces si uno anda con niños y hay que calentar alguna comida no hay donde calentar la misma. En el área de la piscina la fuente no funcionaba y no hay ninguna área con sombra ni ninguna sombrilla al menos en las mesas de la piscina. Por lo demás bien.」

「The property had several “Instagram post” worthy options but that is what it felt like the whole hotels purpose was. There was only one staff member I ever saw. The lobby was completely empty with vending machines that were empty, snack counters that had no supplies and unfinished construction. Music played all day and night which gave everything a strange, sad, deserted feel. The room was large. We had the room that’s window is front and center of the hotels entrance. Once again, the...

「Nice historical location. Room was clean, not hot water, AC was ok for just the bedroom, no good water pressure on bathroom. Common areas could be cleaner. Customer service answer phone right away, I recommend paid parking. Street parking very busy. 」

「Saludos, el recepcionista muy amable. No obstante, es lamentable que hay una plaga de moscas no tan solo en el cuarto sino en todas las áreas recreativas. Asimismo, no hay toallas disponibles en la habitación lo cual dificulta el uso del baño. Además, la bañera y el inodoro tenían muy poca presión de agua. Esperemos que se pueda trabajar la situación ya que, el lugar cuenta con una buena ubicación.」
