「The room was very outdated. The bathroom specifically needed better cleaning. There was mold on the shower curtains, and they did not remove the dirty towels; they were left on the floor in a corner. They did not provide toilet tissue, and the key had to be fixed twice during our stay. There is a lot of room for improvement. 」

「Everyone we interacted with was friendly and courteous. Even the "nature view" casitas can still see the ocean, and we loved having our own private pool, although the hotel pool is beautiful, too. The adventure experiences with Jorge were highlights of the trip—we did an ebike tour and learned how to eFoil on the river, neither of which we'd ever done before. The food at the restaurants was fresh and delicious, even though the service was pretty slow. I highly recommend the quick hike down to...

「Nice view. Very friendly owners helpful if you needed anything. Nice clean inside air-conditioned in the bedrooms. The three bedroom had a couch and a full kitchen and a kitchen table along with a bunk bed and one bedroom. Two queen size beds in the other two bedrooms. Two bathrooms. One is a shower and toilet. The other one is just a toilet we'll totally recommend」

「Nice pool - felt warm, cheerful pool bar staff. A little rowdy but fun. The walk to town is easily doable. Uber was reluctant to come to the hotel though. Really comfortable beds and nice shower. Parking was very easy. Huge, gated lot. Only complaint is there were brief power cuts 2-3 times a day. They lasted seconds but they made everything reset!」
