「Nicely updated rooms in an older motor coach motel, which is not a bad thing. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and care into making each small room work well for guests. No real amenities or free breakfast, but if you're like me, you choose this property as a less expensive option with reasonable proximity to Newport. Highly recommend it for what it is, good job owners!」

「The continental breakfast was fresh and oddly satisfying. The property is situated across the street from the Narragansett Bay. Our room cost almost $1000.00 for 4 nights and the view from our room was of the parking lot and the back of the kitchen If we had known that, we would have stayed somewhere else.」

「We had a great weekend stay! Having an apartment to ourselves provided wonderful privacy. It was a pleasant morning walk into town (just over a mile) to local shops and restaurants, and Ubers were quick and plentiful at night. On top of that, the free parking was easy and convenient.」
