Took nearly 40 minutes to be checked in. We paid $1,500 for 3 rooms for 2 nights. Front desk woman kept trying to explain fees and such. The woman came off like she was wanting us to pay even more than the absurd amount we already paid. Kept saying “I don’t know how much you paid because you booked with Expedia.” Claiming complete ignorance to how much we spent. At the end of check-in we did not feel comfortable having this hotel access to our credit cards. We kept having to explain over and over this 40 minute check in time that we did not want to pay more than we already had. My mother had purchased my sister jewelry as a graduation gift. Someone took the box -not the jewelry- out of the room without permission. Did not clean and it was the only thing missing. We addressed this with staff and another front desk woman told my mother that she had packed the box and basically said it wasn’t missing. This was infuriating because we were essentially being called liars. The rooms were clean. But the staff were slow, rude, and argumentative. Military families do not stay here.

The room was spotless, the service was amazing. The pool was great we had two TVs in the room but one of them didn't seem to work. It turned on but kept saying no signal. Besides that, everything was great I recommend..

This was a great location and made our trip to visit Newport complete. Our hotel slept eight people! The hotel was clean, the towels the pool and the space was great for our group. The pool was clean too! The breakfast was good and we all left full!

Overall good. The front desk staff/breakfast attendant was EXCELLENT. Pool is indoors and warm. Breakfast was buffet, hot and had eggs and a protein each morning. The 8 person room truly can accommodate 8. The water in the room would only provide hot water after a while and only sometimes, don't know what that was about.
