「I can’t recall the names of the two women at the front desk the night my wife and I stayed for our 1 year anniversary. BUT, they were amazing. We will DEFINITLEY be staying at this hotel again. 「The staff is amazing. They showed us a few other rooms as well. They are getting ready to start a full renovation. We got to see the bridal suite and it was truly amazing. We loved our room, we will be going back again next year for our birthdays. 」

「Great location, the property is quaint and the grounds are lovely. KC is hot and humid in August so we appreciated the a/c and ceiling fan in our room! We didn’t encounter staff and all communication and transactions were virtual, which I really liked. I recommend this property to anyone looking for an experience different from a typical hotel stay.」

「Great location. Near the free streetcar that will take you to the city market on the the north end of the line to Union Station and Crown Center on the other end (beginning in a couple of months it will reach the Plaza). Great eats at the hotel and in the area, The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Dine at the Savoy Grill - if you can, sit in the same booth Harry Truman used to use when he ate at the Savoy. 」
